【摘要】 医联体是分级诊疗的载体。为响应国家卫计委号召,各地区、各城市分别摸索适合本地区特色的模式。天津市和平区总医院医联体成立于2014年12月1日,经过5年的探索和实践,摸索出城市区域纵向医联体发展之路,包括优质医疗资源下沉,提升基层医疗服务能力;建立全科医学培训体系,努力提升基层医生护士素质;发挥医疗中心功能平台作用,服务基层医疗机构;利用互联网技术,构建分级诊疗平台,提高医联体工作效能。借此进行分析,希望可以给城市医联体发展带来一些借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medical association is the carrier of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment. In response to the call of the National Health Commission, various regions and cities respectively explore the modes suitable for their own characteristics. Tianjin Heping District-General Hospital Medical Association was established on December 1, 2014. After five years of exploration and practice, the development path of longitudinal medical association in urban area was explored,which includes the sinking of high-quality medical resources to improve the ability of primary medical service; establishing a general practice training system to improve the quality of primary doctors and nurses; playing the role of the medical center as a functional platform to serve primary medical institutions; using Internet technology to build a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment platform to improve the work efficiency of medical association.
