人工智能时代我国创新型人才培养变革

【摘要】 随着人工智能技术的不断成熟与发展,人类正在从"信息时代"迈入"智能时代",时代的变革对创新型人才的培养也提出了新的需求,人工智能时代迫切需要培养创新型人才。创新型人才是实现民族振兴、赢得国际竞争主动的战略资源。文章针对新时代背景下人工智能对创新型人才培养带来的巨大冲击,构建了智能时代创新型人才培养的行动建议模型:做好智能时代创新型人才培养的顶层设计、对焦人工智能时代创新型人才必备的能力要求、改革创新型人才培养模式和方法、构建多元化的创新型人才培养体系。随后,对模型的各个要素进行了详细说明,在此基础上,用某高校网络工程专业班级学生的培养案例对创新型人才培养的建议模型进行了分析研究,从而有效地论证了模型的可行性。

【Abstract】 With continuous development of the artificial intelligence,human-beings are striding into the"era of intelligence"from the"era of information".However,the change of era puts forward new requirements for the training of innovative talents.It is an urgent requirement of the intelligent era to train innovative people because they are the strategical resources for the prosper of the nation and the winning of international competitions.This paper establishes a model for the fostering of innovative talent in the"era of intelligence":excellent top-level design,requisite capabilities,reformed fostering pattern and method,diversified fostering system.The paper also explains each part in detail.On such basis,the paper makes use of an example from a network engineering class in a university to analyze the model,thus proving the feasibility of the model.
