多功能节能型脉冲磁场发生器
A multi-function energy-saving pulsed magnetic field generator
【摘要】 为了实现刺激参数的灵活可调性,并提高磁场发生器的能量利用率,设计了一种多功能节能型脉冲磁场发生器;介绍了多功能节能型脉冲磁场发生器的电路拓扑结构,通过H桥电路结构实现放电开关IGBT与电容、刺激线圈互连,控制开关导通时间,在刺激线圈中产生近似三角形的脉冲电流,最终搭建实验平台并对其进行测试验证。结果表明:通过灵活调节开关,磁场幅度调节范围为1~1 000 A,脉冲宽度调节范围为5~160μs,频率调节范围为1~10 Hz;利用续流回收阶段,将刺激线圈中的剩余磁能回收到储能电容中,提高了能量利用率,本节能型系统的能量损失率γ为6.3%~32.2%,明显低于传统磁场发生器的能量损耗。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the flexible tunability of the stimulation parameters and improve the energy utilization of the magnetic field generator, a multi-functional energy-saving pulsed magnetic field generator is designed. The circuit topology of the pulsed magnetic field generator is presented. Through the H-bridge circuit structure, the discharge switch IGBTs are interconnected with capacitor, stimulation coil, etc., and the switch on-time is controlled to generate an approximately triangular pulse current in the stimulation coil. Finally, the experimental platform is built and tested. The results show that the magnetic field amplitude adjustment range is 1-1 000 A,the pulse width adjustment range is 5-160 μs, and the frequency adjustment range is 1-10 Hz. By using the freewheeling recovery stage, the residual magnetic energy in the stimulation coil is recovered into the storage capacitor, which improves energy utilization. The energy loss rate of this system is 6.3%-32.2%, which is significantly lower than that of the traditional magnetic field generator.
