【摘要】 目的:调查中青年癌痛患者的智谋现状,并分析影响其智谋状况的相关因素。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,选取106例中青年癌痛患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、中文版智谋量表进行调查。结果:本组中青年癌痛患者的智谋总分为80.42±16.78,其中个人智谋得分为46.78±10.42,社会智谋得分为33.63±7.92;年龄、文化程度、疼痛评分是影响中青年癌痛患者智谋状况的相关因素。结论:中青年癌痛患者的智谋处于中等水平,护理人员应关注文化程度低及年龄低的患者,缓解疼痛症状,提高智谋水平,最终提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the status of resourcefulness of young and middle-aged patients with cancer pain and its related factors. Methods: Using convenience sampling, 106 middle-aged and young patients with cancer pain were selected as the research object. The general information questionnaire and Chinese version of the resourcefulness scale were used for the survey. Results: The overall score of resourcefulness of young and middle-aged patients with cancer pain in this group was 80.42±16.78. The personal score was 46.78±10.42 and the social score was 33.63 ± 7.92. Age,education, and pain score were related factors that affect the status of resourcefulness(P<0.05). Conclusion: The resourcefulness of middle-aged and young patients with cancer pain is at a moderate level. Nursing staff should pay attention to patients with low educational level and low age to relieve their pain symptoms, improve the level of resourcefulness and quality of life.更多还原
