水性氧化石墨烯/环氧树脂复合乳液的制备及其防腐性能
Preparation of Aqueous Graphene Oxide/Epoxy Resin Composite Emulsion and Its Anticorrosivity
【摘要】 采用相转变法制备了稳定的水性氧化石墨烯/环氧树脂(GO/EP)复合乳液.因为氧化石墨烯表面有含量丰富的含氧基团,可很容易地均匀分散于水性环氧树脂涂料中.另外,由于氧化石墨烯较大的片层结构可以有效阻止腐蚀性介质在涂层内的渗透,从而其可以进一步增强涂层的防腐性.测试表明,所制备的GO/EP复合乳液的储存稳定性长于1 a,且固化涂层的吸水率由11%降低至6%;涂层对不锈钢片的结合效果较好,达到ASTM5B级(ISO0级).电化学测试表明,GO/EP复合涂层的等效电阻大幅度提高,等效电容降低44%,年腐蚀速度降低92%,保护效率接近99%.所以,制备的水性GO/EP复合乳液有望在水性防腐涂料领域获得应用.
【Abstract】 In this study,we prepared a stable aqueous graphene-oxide modified-epoxy-resin(GO/EP)composite emulsion using the phase transformation method. Given the large amount of oxygen-containing functional groups on its surface,GO was easily and uniformly dispersed in the EP emulsion. In addition,the sheet structure of GO inhibits corrosion by blocking the corrosive medium to the interior of the coating. The results of stability and water absorption tests indicated that the storage stability of the prepared GO/EP composite emulsion was longer than one year,and the water adsorbed by the cured film was reduced to 6% compared to the 11% reduction of the unmodified film. The GO/EP composite film exhibited good adhesion to stainless steel,reaching the ASTM 5 B(ISO 0)level. Moreover,the electrochemical test results revealed that the equivalent resistance of the GO/EP composite film increased markedly,capacitance reduced by 44%,annual corrosion rate reduced by 92%,and the protection efficiency was close to 99%. Based on these results,the prepared GO/EP composite emulsion shows great potential for use in aqueous anticorrosive paints.
