F级中效过滤器对细颗粒物过滤及容尘性能研究

【摘要】 对占市场比例较大的几类F级中效过滤器进行了效率、容尘量实验,并以天津地区为例对几类过滤器进行了经济性分析.结果表明:滤速在1.27~3.17 m/s范围内,随着滤速的增大,玻纤过滤器的分级效率逐渐增大,化纤过滤器的分级效率逐渐减小;袋式玻纤过滤器的容尘量是袋式化纤过滤器的4.3倍;袋式化纤过滤器的容尘量是板式化纤过滤器的1.7倍;过滤器在积尘的过程中,效率、阻力均发生了变化.同时,以天津地区为例,对几类过滤器的经济性进行分析,袋式化纤过滤器的经济性最优.

【Abstract】 In this paper, the efficiency and dust capacity of several F-grade medium-effect filters with large market share are tested. Tianjin as an example, the economic analysis of these filters is carried out. The results show that with the increase of air flow, the grading efficiency of glass-fiber filters increases gradually, and the grading efficiency of chemical-fiber filters decreases gradually. The dust capacity of glass fiber filter is 4.3 times of that of bag filter, and the dust capacity of bag filter is 1.7 times of that of plate filter. The efficiency and resistance of filter have changed in the process of dust accumulation. Taking Tianjin as an example, the economy of several kinds of filter is analyzed, and the economy of bag filter is proved best.
