【摘要】 澳大利亚的职业教育高度发达,其完善的职业教育体系被许多国家学习和应用。其中,TAE培训是澳大利亚针对职业教育教师能力提升而进行的专项培训,只有通过TAE培训并取得相应的资格证书才能获得在澳大利亚从事职业教育的资质。澳大利亚TAE培训在组织管理、培训内容等方面有严格的审批程序和法律规定,为我国职业教育教师的培训提供了许多有益的经验。本文深入探析了澳大利亚TAE培训的实施情况,并从职业教育教师的准入标准、能力标准、培训内容等方面为我国职业教育教师的培训提出了相应的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vocational education in Australia is highly developed and its excellent system is studied and co-opted by many countries. In Australia, TAE is a special training program aimed to improve vocational education teachers’ ability. Only those who have attended TAE training and obtained the required certificate can engage in vocational education. The training program is subject to strict approval procedures and legal regulations in terms of organization, management and training content, etc. We can draw on Austrilian experiences for the training of vocational education teachers in China. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of Austrilian TAE training and puts forward corresponding suggestions on access standard, ability standard, training content and so on.更多还原
