核心稳定性训练与传统腰腹力量训练对龙舟运动员相关指标影响的对比实验
Comparative experiment on the influence of core stability training and traditional waist and abdomen strength training on related indexes of dragon boat athletes
【摘要】 目的:探究核心稳定性训练与传统腰腹力量训练对龙舟运动员相关指标的影响,并对比两种训练方法的优劣势。方法:于聊城大学龙舟队选取28名男子划手,随机分为实验组(n=14)和对照组(n=14),分别给予10周的核心稳定性训练与传统腰腹力量训练(100 min/次,3次/周)。比较两组功能动作筛查、核心稳定性、上下肢力量以及龙舟专项能力。结果:干预后:1)功能动作筛查结果表明,实验组FMS总分以及深蹲测试得分明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且直线弓箭步、躯干稳定性、转动稳定性测试得分也高于对照组(P<0.05);2)核心稳定性相关测试结果表明,实验组EE测试、DLS测试结果高于对照组(P<0.05);3)上下肢力量测试结果表明,实验组卧拉2 min、深蹲2 min测试结果高于对照组(P<0.05);4)龙舟专项能力测试结果表明,实验组500 m测功仪用时短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于传统腰腹力量训练,核心稳定性训练在改善龙舟运动员的功能动作筛查得分、核心稳定性、上下肢力量以及龙舟专项能力等方面均具有一定优势。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of core stability training and traditional waist and abdomen strength training on the relevant indexes of dragon boat athletes, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two training methods. Methods: 28 male rowers were selected from the Dragon Boat Team of Liaocheng University and randomly divided into an experimental group(n=14) and a control group(n=14). They were given core stability training and traditional waist and abdomen strength training for 10 weeks(100 min/time, 3 times/week). The two groups were compared in terms of Functional Movement Screen, core stability, upper and lower limb strength, and dragon boat specific ability. Results: after the intervention: 1) the results of FMS showed that the scores of FMS and deep squat test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P<0.01),and the scores of inline lunge,trunk stability and rotary stability were also higher than those in the control group( P<0.05); 2) The results of core stability related tests showed that the results of EE Test and DLS test in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group( P<0.05); 3) The upper and lower limb strength test results showed that the results of 2 min bench pull and 2 min deep squat test in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group( P<0.05); 4) The dragon boat special ability test results showed that the time of 500 m ergometer test in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with traditional waist and abdomen strength training,core stability training has some advantages in improving dragon boat athletes ’ FMS,core stability,upper and lower limb strength,and special ability of dragon boat.
