【摘要】 目的:分析平逆方联合抗酸治疗肝胃郁热型咽喉反流病(LPRD)的疗效。方法:抽取100例2016年1月～2017年12月期间诊断为肝胃郁热型LPRD的患者,根据治疗方式结合患者意愿将患者分为"平逆方"+抗酸治疗组为A组(n=42)、"平逆方"组为B组(n=38)、抗酸组为C组(n=20),比较治疗2个月后反流症状指数量表(RSI)和反流体征指数量表(RFS)量表评分、回流总数、总回流时间。结果:治疗后,三组患者平均RSI低于13分,RFS低于7分,A组RFS、RSI评分总分均显著低于B组、C组(P <0. 05),A组在喉室消失、杓会厌襞红斑/充血、嘶声或发声障碍、持续清嗓子、烧心胸痛胃酸反流方面明显优于B、C组(P <0. 05),B、C组组间比较无显著性差异(P> 0. 05)。治疗前,三组回流总数、总回流时间比较无明显差异(P>0. 05),治疗后,三组回流总数、总回流时间均改善显著(P <0. 05),A组优于B、C两组(P <0. 05)。结论:中西医联合治疗比单一治疗可以更好改善LPRD症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the efficacy of Pingni decoction combined with anti-acid therapy in treating Liver Stomach Heat Accumulation Syndrome of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease( LPRD). Methods: A total of 100 patients with a diagnosis of liver-disease-pyresteric LPRD between January 2016 to December 2017 were selected.Patients were divided into group A( n = 42),group B( n = 38) and group C( n = 20),according to the patient’s wishes combined with the treatment method. Group A was treated with "ping reversal formula " and antacid treatment; group B was given "ping reversal"group; group C was given anti-acid group. Reflux symptom index( RSI),reflux finding score( RFS) total number of reflux,and total reflux time were compared after 2 months of treatment. Results: After treatment,the RSI was lower than 13 and the RFS was lower than 7 in all three groups.The total scores of RFS and RSI in group A were significantly lower than those in group B and C( P < 0. 05). Group A disappeared in the larynx,epiglottis edema,erythema/congestion,snoring or vocal disturbances,sustained clearing of the throat,heartburn chest pain acid reflux was significantly better compared with the group B and C( P <0. 05),while there was no significant difference between B and C group( P >0. 05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference of case number of reflux and total reflux time between the three groups( P > 0. 05).After treatment,the total case number of reflux and the total reflux time of the three groups improved significantly( P <0. 05). Group A was superior to group B and C( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Combination of Chinese and Western medicine can better improve the symptoms of LPRD than single treatment.更多还原
