【Abstract】 In terms of China’s reality, the further promotion of Emerging Engineering Education(3 E) is actually an educational governance subject. The value structure of 3 E governance is a meaning system and a meta-question of 3 E governance, stipulating the basic direction and overall process of 3 E governance. The new concept of engineering education is the logical starting point, the new structure of disciplines is the basic essence and practical reduction, the new model of talent cultivation is the essential of innovation, the new system of classified development is the basic methodology, and the new quality of education and teaching is the standard and goal,which constitute the value structure of the "five in one" of the 3 E governance. The logical clue through it and its inevitable result is "the new content of education and teaching". This structure embodies the ultimate goal, the interactive relationship with the external and the interactive relationship among internal subsystems of the 3 E itself, and shapes the basic model of 3 E governance system and capability.更多还原
