新工科教育治理“五位一体”价值结构析论
Analysis on the Value Structure of “Five in One” in Emerging Engineering Education Governance
【摘要】 在中国情境下,深入推进新工科教育实际上是一项教育治理课题。新工科教育治理的价值结构是一个意义系统,是新工科教育治理的元问题,规约着新工科教育治理的基本方向和整体进程。工程教育新理念是逻辑起点、学科专业新结构是基本要义与实践还原、人才培养新模式是创新精要、分类发展新体系是基本方法论、教育教学新质量是标准与目标,共同构成新工科教育治理"五位一体"的价值结构,而贯穿其中的逻辑主线和必然结果是"教育教学的新内容"。这一结构体现着新工科教育治理的终极目标、与外部的互动关系以及内部各子系统之间的互动关系,塑造着新工科教育治理体系和治理能力的基本样态。
【Abstract】 In terms of China’s reality, the further promotion of Emerging Engineering Education(3 E) is actually an educational governance subject. The value structure of 3 E governance is a meaning system and a meta-question of 3 E governance, stipulating the basic direction and overall process of 3 E governance. The new concept of engineering education is the logical starting point, the new structure of disciplines is the basic essence and practical reduction, the new model of talent cultivation is the essential of innovation, the new system of classified development is the basic methodology, and the new quality of education and teaching is the standard and goal,which constitute the value structure of the "five in one" of the 3 E governance. The logical clue through it and its inevitable result is "the new content of education and teaching". This structure embodies the ultimate goal, the interactive relationship with the external and the interactive relationship among internal subsystems of the 3 E itself, and shapes the basic model of 3 E governance system and capability.
