基于灰色关联度法评价梅花鹿鹿茸品质

【摘要】 为建立较为完整的梅花鹿鹿茸灰色关联度模型并进行其质量评价,本研究通过对10支鹿茸筛查51种兽药残留、5种重金属,选出无兽药残留和无重金属超标的鹿茸,测定核苷、生物胺、脂肪酸、氨基酸、多糖和粗蛋白6种主要成分的含量,采用灰色关联度法,以相对关联度为测度,构建鹿茸质量评价模型。结果表明,10支梅花鹿二杠茸兽药残留、重金属均不超标,它们的相对关联度存在着一定的差异,表明即使同种规格的鹿茸品质也具有差异性。本研究构建了新的鹿茸质量评价模型,为鹿茸药材的综合质量评价提供了新的方法。

【Abstract】 This study established a more systematical grey correlation degree model of Cervus nippon velvet antler to evaluate the velvet antler quality. After screened for 51 veterinary drug residues and 5 heavy metals, 10 velvet antlers without veterinary drug residues and heavy metal exceeding standards were selected to determine the content of six main components, which are nucleoside, biogenic amine, fatty acid,amino acid, polysaccharide and crude protein. The grey correlation degree method was used, and the relative correlation degree was used as the measurement degree to build the quality evaluation model. The relative correlation degree of 10 Cervus nippon velvet antler were different, which means the quality of velvet antlers of the same specification was also different. This study constructed a new quality evaluation model of velvet antler, could provide a new method for the comprehensive quality evaluation of velvet antler medicine.
