碳化物超高温陶瓷改性碳/碳复合材料工艺进展
Progress of fabricating processes of carbides modified C/C composites
【摘要】 碳/碳(C/C)复合材料被称为最理想的固体火箭发动机喷管材料,但抗氧化性较差严重限制了其高温应用。碳化物超高温陶瓷是已知化合物中熔点最高的材料,优异的耐高温性能以及力学性能使其被广泛应用于C/C复合材料的基体改性抗氧化研究。介绍了碳化物超高温陶瓷基本性能,综述了碳化物超高温陶瓷改性C/C复合材料不同制备工艺的研究进展,并提出后续发展可能出现的新方向。
【Abstract】 Carbon/Carbon (C/C) composites are known as the most ideal materials for solid rocket engine nozzles.However,poor oxidation resistance has severely limited their high-temperature applications.Carbides possess the highest melting point in known compounds.With excellent high temperature resistance and mechanical properties,carbides have been widely used in the studies of matrix modification of C/C composites.The research progress of different preparation processes of carbides modified C/C composites was reviewed after introducing fundamental properties of carbides.New tendencies of further studies were predicted as well.
