新工科导向下的递推式混合教学模式探究与实践

【摘要】 新工科提出打造好培养"大国工匠"摇篮的教育理念。根据新工科对机械类专业提出的要求,结合"机械原理"的课程特点和教学目标,分析了本科传统教学中存在的一些不足和弊端,提出一种递推式混合教学模式,并在教学中进行实践验证。借助线上和线下资源,探索如何将灌输课堂转变为老师与学生进行知识、思维和心灵对话的空间课堂,树立能力导向的课程观,唤醒学生自主学习意识,真正落实学生是学习的主体。在此基础上,研究将创新创业教育融入课堂的途径和方法,以培养大学生的创新精神和工匠精神。

【Abstract】 The new engineering department puts forward the education idea of cultivating the cradle of "great craftsman". According to the requirements of the new engineering for the mechanical specialty, combined with the characteristics and teaching objectives of the course "mechanical principle", this paper analyzes some shortcomings and disadvantages in the traditional teaching of undergraduate course, puts forward a recursive hybrid teaching mode, and carries out practical verification in the teaching. With the help of online and offline resources, this paper explores how to transform the indoctrination classroom into a space classroom for teachers and students to have knowledge, thinking and spiritual dialogue, establish ability oriented curriculum concept, awaken students’ self-learning awareness, and truly implement that students are the main body of learning. On this basis, the ways and methods of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the classroom are studied to cultivate the innovation spirit and craftsmanship spirit of college students.
