【摘要】 目的:分析研究脱落细胞检查在口腔黏膜白斑早期癌变的应用价值。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年6月深圳市第二人民医院收取的50例口腔癌与癌前病变患者进行研究,其中口腔癌患者24例,癌前病变26例。为所有研究对象均实施脱落细胞学检查、组织多肽特异抗原(TPS)以及糖类抗原125(CA125)检测,比较两组患者的各项检查结果。结果:早期口腔癌组TPS、CA125水平高于癌前病变组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时早期口腔癌组TPS阳性率、CA125阳性率均高于癌前病变组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);早期口腔癌组的阳性率高于癌前病变组,阴性率低于癌前病变组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);早期口腔癌组脱落细胞的阳性预测值高于TPS、CA125含量检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脱落细胞检测可及时发现早期口腔癌患者的指标变化,提高检出率,有利于口腔癌患者的预防及治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and study the application value of cell shedding examination in the early carcinogenesis of oral leukoplakia.Methods 50 patients with oral cancer and precancerous lesions collected in our hospital from February 2019 to June 2020 were selected for research,including 24 patients with oral cancer and 26 patients with precancerous lesions.Perform cell shedding tests,TPS and CA125 tests for all subjects,and compare the test results of the two groups of patients.Results The levels of TPS and CA125 in the early oral cancer group were higher than those in the precancerous lesion group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).At the same time,the positive rates of TPS and CA125 in the early oral cancer group were higher than those in the precancerous lesion group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The positive rate of early oral cancer group was higher than that of precancerous lesion group,and the negative rate was lower than that of precancerous lesion group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The positive predictive value of cell shedding in the early oral cancer group was higher than that of TPS and CA125,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The cell shedding test can detect early changes in the indicators of oral cancer patients in a timely manner,increase the detection rate,and is beneficial to the prevention and treatment of oral cancer patients,and is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
