【摘要】 目的:评价与分析睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)患者进行普通护理与综合护理干预的护理效果。方法:收集北京大学深圳医院2018年3月至2019年3月期间收治的进行综合护理干预的40例SAS患者为观察组。以同期进行普通护理的40例SAS患者为对照组。选择的评分指标有护理配合度、生活方式改变情况、护理有效率及满意度。结果:观察组的护理配合优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组在生活方式改变情况方面高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组护理有效率均有明显提高,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。接受综合护理干预的患者较普通护理者满意度较高,也说明对SAS患者采用综合护理干预有优势。结论:在SAS患者护理治疗上使用普通护理和综合护理干预均可改善患者夜间觉醒、打鼾、呼吸暂停等症状,临床护理疗效均较为满意,但采用综合护理干预的患者的护理配合度、生活方式改变情况、护理有效率及满意度较普通护理高,SAS患者选用综合护理干预有优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate and analyze the nursing effect of general nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with sleep apnea syndrome(SAS) hospitalized in the cadre health department of our hospital. Methods During the period from March 2018 to March 2019 in Peking university Shenzhen hospital, 40 patients with SAS underwent comprehensive nursing intervention as observation group. The general care of 40 SAS patients in the same period was used as the control group. The selected scoring indicators included care fit, lifestyle changes, care effectiveness, and satisfaction. Results The excellent rate of nursing cooperation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The observation group was higher than the conventional group in terms of lifestyle changes, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The effective rate of nursing in both groups was significantly improved, and the observation group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Patients who received comprehensive nursing interventions were more satisfied than the average caregiver, indicating that there is an advantage to adopting comprehensive nursing interventions for SAS patients. Conclusion The use of general nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention in SAS patients can improve the symptoms of night awakening, snoring and apnea. The clinical nursing effect is satisfactory, but the patients with comprehensive nursing intervention are in the condition of nursing cooperation and lifestyle change.
