基于创客教育的跨学科创新型人才培养范式研究
Training Model of Interdisciplinary Innovative Talents Based on Maker Education
【摘要】 学科知识层面上的壁垒与组织制度层面上的分离,无形中阻碍了跨学科创新型人才的培养。"大众创业、万众创新"的政策性指引与创客教育的"跨学科"属性为此类人才的培养开辟了新的路径。本文基于创客教育构建跨学科创新型人才培养模型与范式,并以深圳职业技术学院创新创客班为例进行试点探索。实践证明,该模型与范式在跨学科创新型人才培养方面具备较强指导与借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 The barrier of different disciplines and the separation of disciplinary organization system have hindered the cultivation of interdisciplinary innovative talents. Policy guidance for mass entrepreneurship and innovation and the interdisciplinary attributes of maker education have opened up a new path for the cultivation of such talents. Taking the Innovative Maker class of Shenzhen Polytechnic as an example, this paper constructs an interdisciplinary innovative talent training model and paradigm based on Maker education. The practice shows that the model and paradigm have strong guidance and reference significance in the cultivation of interdisciplinary innovative talents.
