【摘要】 长链非编码RNA(Long non-coding RNAs,LncRNAs)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸的RNA,没有编码蛋白质的功能,但是可以调控基因表达,并且参与细胞内多种生物功能的调控过程。目前的研究认为,LncRNAs可能通过调节卵丘的扩张和卵母细胞的成熟参与到卵泡发育的过程。因此,对LncRNAs和卵泡发育关系的深入研究有助于进一步了解卵泡发育的分子机制。现就LncRNAs在卵泡发育过程中的作用进行总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs) are a type of RNA with a length greater than 200 nucleotides. It does not have the function of encoding proteins,but it can regulate gene expression and participate in the regulation process of various biological functions in cells. Current studies believe that LncRNAs may participate in follicle development by regulating cumulus expansion and oocyte maturation. In-depth study on the relationship between LncRNAs and follicle development will help to further understand the molecular mechanism of follicular development. The role of LncRNAs in follicle development is reviewed in this paper.更多还原
