【摘要】 目的探讨羊水过少对母婴妊娠结局的影响,并检测胎盘组织中缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)、半胱氨酸肽酶7(Caspase7)蛋白阳性表达情况,分析羊水过少与Cx43、Caspase7蛋白表达之间的关系。方法选择本院2016年1月至2018年12月羊水过少的孕产妇110例作为研究组,选取同期羊水正常的产妇110例作为对照组。记录两组孕产妇围产期结局,观察新生儿不良结局情况,检测胎盘组织中Cx43、Caspase7蛋白表达水平。结果研究组的阴道顺产率(17.27%)显著低于对照组(56.36%)(P<0.05);研究组产妇的剖宫产率、产程异常发生率、新生儿不良结局总发生率分别为74.55%、16.36%、15.45%,显著高于对照组的37.27%、3.64%、5.45%(P<0.05)。研究组产妇胎盘Cx43蛋白阳性率及阳性评分分别为21.45%、(2.42±0.71)分,显著低于对照组的67.64%、(7.69±0.83)分,蛋白表达的阳性程度亦显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组产妇胎盘Caspase7蛋白阳性率及阳性评分分别为65.64%、(7.69±0.83)分,显著高于对照组的18.73%、(2.42±0.71)分,蛋白表达的阳性程度亦显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论羊水过少产妇剖宫产率增加,产妇产程异常、新生儿不良结局总发生率上升;产妇胎盘Cx43蛋白表达下调,而Caspase7蛋白表达呈现上升趋势,可能与羊水过少有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of oligohydramnios on maternal and fetal pregnancy outcomes,and detect the expression of gap junction protein 43(Cx43)and cysteine peptidase 7 protein(caspase7)in placenta tissue to analyze the relationship between oligohydramnios and Cx43 and caspase7 proteins.Methods:A total of 110 pregnant women with oligohydramnios from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the study group,and 110 normal amniotic women at the same time were selected as the control group.The maternal perinatal outcomes of two groups were recorded,and the neonatal adverse reactions were observed.The levels of Cx43 and Caspase7 in placenta tissue were detected.Results:The vaginal delivery rate of the study group(17.27%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(56.36%)(P<0.05).The incidence of cesarean section,maternal labor abnormalities and the incidence of neonatal adverse outcomes in the study group were 74.55%,16.36% and 15.45%respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(37.27%,3.64%and 5.45%)(all P<0.05).The positive rate of Cx43 protein and positive score of maternal placenta in the study group were 21.45%and(2.42±0.71),which were significantly lower than the control group[67.64% and(7.69±0.83)](P<0.05).The positive degree of protein expression was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of caspase7 protein and positive score of maternal placenta in the study group were 65.64% and(7.69±0.83),which were significantly higher than those in control group[18.73% and(2.42±0.71)](P<0.05).The positive degree of protein expression was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)Conclusions:The incidence of cesarean section in oligohydramnios is increased,the maternal labor is abnormal,and the total incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes is increased.The expression of Cx43 protein in maternal placenta is down-regulated,while the positive expression of Caspase7 protein shows an upward trend,which may be related to oligohydramnios.更多还原
