黏胶成型的折叠纸盒折痕挺度研究

【摘要】 对黏胶成型的两种材质折叠纸盒进行折痕挺度测试,探究合适的横、纵向挺度与横纵向折痕挺度比,以获得更好的折叠纸盒成型效果和包装机生产适性。本研究对不同材质、不同定量的折叠纸盒合格品进行取样,采用折痕挺度测定仪进行数据测试。分析表明,白卡纸的横纵向折痕挺度比≤1.15为宜,镀铝/镀介质纸横纵向折痕挺度比≤1.20为宜。这两种材质上机合格的折叠纸盒的横、纵向折痕挺度和横纵向折痕挺度比参数,可为制定相关国家及行业标准提供参考。

【Abstract】 In this study, the crease stiffness of two kinds of folding cartons delivered with viscose molding was tested. To improve forming effect of folding carton and the production adaptability of packing machine, the appropriate transverse crease stiffness, longitudinal crease stiffness and the ratio of transverse crease stiffness to longitudinal crease stiffness were studied. The folding cartons with different materials and base weight were sampled, and the data were tested by crease stiffness tester. The results showed that the ratio of transverse crease stiffness to longitudinal crease stiffness of white card paper is less than 1.15, and that of aluminum plating/medium is less than 1.20. The technical parameters of transverse crease stiffness, longitudinal crease stiffness and the ratio of transverse crease stiffness to longitudinal crease stiffness can provide reference for the formulation of relevant national and industry standards.
