溶菌酶@CNTs/水性聚氨酯基复合功能油墨及结构性能研究

【摘要】 水性功能印刷油墨在现代印刷与包装领域中具有极大的需求和应用价值。在油墨中,决定其性能的主要为色料和连结料树脂。将色料与连结料混合形成稳定的浆状胶体,赋予其优异的综合性能,并满足印刷适性要求是该领域具有挑战性的研究课题,符合绿色印刷包装发展需求。本研究利用原位生成水法制备均匀稳定的纳米水性聚氨酯乳液,实现了乳液的透明化,具备优异的稳定性。并采用溶菌酶与碳纳米管(CNTs)结合形成的杂化功能材料作为色料,与聚氨酯乳液在水相体系中进行混合,研究水相体系中的聚合物与无机物之间的分子间相互作用,并促使其形成稳定的胶体,呈现良好的稳定性、导电性和印刷适性,对于水性与功能印刷油墨的制备领域具有重要的指导意义。

【Abstract】 Water-based functional printing inks hold significantly great demand and application in printing and packaging. Both the colorants and binders determine the performance of printing inks. It is still a great challenge to mix colorants and binders to form a stable paste-like colloid with excellent performance, meeting the printability requirements. It also encourages the development of green printing and packaging. In this study, the in-situ water generation method was used to prepare uniform and stable nano-sized aqueous polyurethane emulsions, which achieved the transparency and excellent stability. Meanwhile, the functional hybrid formed by the combination of lysozyme and carbon nanotubes(CNTs) was used as a colorant, following by mixing with polyurethane emulsion in an aqueous phase to study the interactions between the polymer chains and the inorganic surface. And then the stable colloids can be formed, showing good stability, conductivity and printing suitability. It provides important guidance for the preparation of water-based and functional inks.
