【摘要】 目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件,探讨中药医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的用药规律。方法采用中国中医科学院中药研究所开发的中医传承辅助系统软件(V2.5)作为数据处理媒介,对收集中国知网、维普及万方数据库2010-2019年发表的中医方剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的文献资料挖掘分析,运用中医传承辅助系统中的关联规则、改进的互信息法以及复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎方中常用的药物、核心组合及发现新方。结果筛选出符合条件的运用中医方剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎245首,涉及中药226味,对其进行分析,发现方剂中频次≥10的中药有61味。通过改进的互信息法挖掘出核心组合50个,通过无监督的熵层次聚类算法得到新方11个。结论该研究是"中医传承辅助系统"在慢性萎缩性胃炎中药治疗方面的首次应用,为研究慢性萎缩性胃炎常见证型的用药规律及新药研究提供有益的线索和启示,核心组合及新处方需临床试验研究及医生实践经验等进一步评判,但是,这一方法也为临床辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for Chronic atrophic gastritis based on the Chinese Medicine Heritage Supporting Platform(V2. 5) software. Methods This study used the Chinese Medicine Heritage Support System Software(V2.5) developed by the Institute of Chinese Medicine of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences as a data processing medium to treat chronic atrophy of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions published in 2010-2019. Literature data mining and analysis of gastritis, using unsupervised data mining methods such as association rules, improved mutual information method and complex system entropy clustering in TCM inheritance system to analyze the drugs and core combinations commonly used in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.And discover new parties. Results A total of 245 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected by using traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, which involved 226 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine. The Chinese medicine was analyzed and found to have 61 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine with frequency ≥10. Through the improved mutual information method, 50 core combinations were mined, and 25 new parties were obtained through unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm.Conclusion This study is the first application of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Aid System" in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. It provides useful clues and inspiration for the study of the common syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis and the study of new drugs. Core combination and new prescription further evaluation is required for clinical trial research and doctor’s practical experience. However, this method also provides a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.更多还原
