【摘要】 原发性干燥综合征(primary Sjogren’s syndrome, pSS)是一种累及外分泌腺体的慢性炎症性自身免疫病,亦是中医治疗的优势病种之一。pSS舌象极具特点,或舌干燥裂纹,或舌红无苔,或舌苔厚腻,或部分苔剥,是辨证论治的重要依据。传统中医舌诊客观性不足、辨证效率低;现代舌象分析技术有望提高pSS辨证效率,促进pSS舌诊客观化和规范化发展。文章总结pSS舌诊研究现状,提出建立pSS舌象基本要素图和舌诊临床科研一体化系统,对指导和推广pSS中医临床诊疗,开展相关研究均具有积极的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Primary Sjǒgren’s syndrome(pSS) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease that affects the external secretion glands,and is also a preponderant illness for therapy in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). With its own characteristics, patients with pSS may have one of the following tongues: dry cracked tongue, red without moss tongue, thick moss tongue, or part moss peeling tongue. These tongues are the important basis of TCM syndrome differentiation. The TCM tongue diagnosis lacks objectivity and syndrome differentiation efficiency, while, the modern tongue imaging analysis technology is expected to improve the efficiency of pSS syndrome differentiation and promote the objective and standardized development of pSS tongue diagnosis. This paper summarized the current situation of pSS tongue diagnosis studies, proposed to establish a basic element graph of pSS tongue image and an integrated system for clinical and scientific research of tongue diagnosis, which will play a positive role in guide and promote the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pSS, as well as carry out related researches.更多还原
