广藿香“发汗”对有效成分含量的影响及“发汗”工艺优化
Effect of Diaphoretic Processing on Active Ingredient in Pogostemon cablin and Its Technology Optimization
【摘要】 目的比较广藿香"发汗"和不"发汗"两种处理方式下的有效成分含量变化,并优化其"发汗"最佳工艺。方法以挥发油得率、百秋李醇和广藿香酮总含量及酮醇峰面积比值为指标,比较新鲜广藿香"发汗"和不"发汗"加工的差异性;以含水量、挥发油得率、百秋李醇和广藿香酮总含量、酮醇峰面积比值为指标,以"发汗"温度、单次"发汗"时间、处理次数为因素,设计L9(34)正交试验优化广藿香"发汗"的最佳加工工艺并进行验证。结果处理至近八成干时,与不"发汗"组相比,"发汗"组广藿香百秋李醇和广藿香酮总含量、酮醇峰面积比值及挥发油得率有所增加;"发汗"的最佳工艺为"发汗"温度30℃,单次"发汗"时间10h,处理4次。结论 "发汗"可使广藿香有效物质积累增多,最佳"发汗"加工工艺可为广藿香药材生产技术规范的完善与制定提供科学参考。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the active ingredient changes of Pogostemon cablin under diaphoretic and non-diaphoretic processing,and optimize its diaphoretic processing technology. Methods The total content of Patchouli alcohol and pogostone, their peak area ratio and the yield of volatile oil were used as index to compare the difference between diaphoretic and non-diaphoretic processing of Pogostemon cablin. Using the water content,the total content of Patchouli alcohol and pogostone, their peak area ratio and the yield of volatile oil as index, the diaphoretic temperature, the single time and the treatment times as factors, L9(34) orthogonal test was designed to optimize the diaphoretic technology and verify it.Results When the water content of the medicine approaches 20%, compared with the non-diaphoretic group, the 3 index increased.The optimized diaphoretic technology is temperature of 30℃, the single time of 10 h, 4 times of treatment.Conclusion Diaphoretichas processing may lead an increase in the accumulation of effective substances in Pogostemon cablin, and production technical practice formulation for Pogostemon cablin would be provided to the optimized diaphoretic technology.
