【摘要】 目标责任制是地方高校的重要内部管理方法和制度。实施目标责任制对地方高校推进分类管理、加快内涵发展、实现战略目标具有重要价值。结合浙江工业大学的实践探索,认为地方高校目标责任制的良好运行须精准制定目标任务,有效实施目标任务,科学考评目标任务;提出地方高校进一步优化完善目标责任制应处理好当前与长远、整体与局部、共性与个性"三对关系"。更多还原

【Abstract】 The target responsibility system is an important internal management system in local universities. It is of great importance to classification management, connotative development, and realization of strategic goal. Based on the exploration of Zhejiang University of Technology, it is concluded that good operation of the target responsibility system in local universities requires setting precise tasks, the effective implementation of the target task and appropriate evaluation of the target task. This paper puts forward further improvement suggestion for objective responsibility system in local universities, that is, to deal with the relationships between current and long-term, whole and part, generality and individuality in the development of these universities.更多还原
