不同高宽比单面外包混凝土组合剪力墙栓钉拉力与弯矩需求
Tension force and bending moment demands on headed studs in C-SPW with one side concrete encasement and different aspect ratios
【摘要】 钢板外包混凝土组合剪力墙(C-SPW)在钢板的侧面覆盖钢筋混凝土板,两者通过栓钉连接,混凝土板主要对钢板屈曲提供侧向约束。C-SPW提高了墙板的强度和延性,在高层结构中有很好的应用前景。采ABAQUS建立了钢板单面外包混凝土C-SPW有限元模型,对32个算例进行了单调水平侧向荷载下的弹塑性分析;分析了墙板高宽比、钢板厚度、混凝土板厚度、栓钉直径、栓钉间距对栓钉拉力、弯矩的影响,提出了不同高宽比的钢板单面外包混凝土C-SPW在层间侧移角达到2%时的栓钉拉力、弯矩需求计算公式。
【Abstract】 Composite steel plate shear wall(C-SPW) consists of steel plate and reinforced concrete encasement on one or both sides of the steel plate using headed studs. The reinforced concrete encasement mainly provides a lateral restraint to prevent the steel plate buckling before its yielding. C-SPW improves the strength and ductility of shear wall, and has a good development prospect in the high-rise buildings. In this paper, a finite element model of C-SPW with concrete encasement on one side of the steel plate is established by ABAQUS. The re-sponses of structural elements in 32 C-SPW specimens with different aspect ratios under the monotonic lateral load are investigated. The effects of panel aspect ratio, steel plate thickness, concrete panel thickness as well as headed stud diameter and spacing on the tension force and bending moment of studs are studied. By results, the formulas for the demands on stud tension force and bending moment at the specified drift ratio 2% are proposed.
