【摘要】 目的探讨白细胞介素-26(IL-26)在慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者外周血中的表达。方法选取CHF患者以及正常体检者共86例,分为射血分数降低的心力衰竭(HFrEF)、射血分数中间值的心力衰竭(HFmrEF)、射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)以及正常对照组4组。收集研究对象临床资料,酶联免疫吸附法检测血清IL-26表达。结果与正常对照组相比,血清hs-CRP和IL-26水平在HFpEF、HFmrEF以及HFrEF等各组表达升高,并呈依次递减趋势(P <0.01)。Spearman相关分析显示,所以研究对象血清IL-26水平分别与血清hs-CRP(r=0.775,P <0.001)、NT-proBNP(r=0.305,P=0.004)、Cr(r=0.264,P=0.014)等水平呈正相关,与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.312,P=0.003)。结论 IL-26在CHF患者外周血表达升高,以HFpEF最为显著,与血清hs-CRP关系最为密切。IL-26可能参与了CHF的发生和发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin(IL)-26 in peripheral blood of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods 86 patients with CHF and normal persons were enrolled into this study,and divided into heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF)group,heart failure with mid-range ejection fraction group(HFmrEF),heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)group and normal control group. The general clinical data of the subjects were collected,the expression of serum IL-26 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared with the normal control group,the levels of hs-CRP and IL-26 in serum showed increase in and a decreasing trend from HFpEF,HFmrEF to HFrEF groups(P < 0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum IL-26 levels were positively correlated with serum hs-CRP(r =0.775,P < 0.001),NT-proBNP(r = 0.305,P = 0.004),Cr(r = 0.264,P = 0.014),and negatively correlated with LVEF(r = 0.312,P = 0.003). Conclusion The peripheral blood levels of IL-26 is increased in CHF patients,especially in HFpEF patients,and its closely related to the expression of hs-CRP.
