新护士核心能力与护理专业自我概念的相关性研究
The correlation between new nurses’ core competence and professional self-concept
【摘要】 目的:调查芜湖市三级医院新护士核心能力现状及其影响因素,为新护士规范化培训提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样方法对393名新护士采用注册护士核心能力量表、护理专业自我概念量表进行问卷调查。结果:393名新护士核心能力总分为(178.87±39.81),条目均分为(3.08±0.70)分;专业自我概念评分为(87.23±11.15)分,平均分为(2.91±0.37)分;新护士核心能力和护理专业自我概念呈正相关(r=0.491,P<0.01);多元逐步回归分析结果显示,性别、护理事业热爱程度、护理专业自我概念是影响新护士核心能力的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论:新护士核心能力水平有待提高,护理管理者应进行针对性培训,以整体提高新护士核心能力水平。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the status of core competence of new nurses in tertiary hospitals in Wuhu and its influencing factors,so as to provide basis for standardized training of new nurses. Method: A total of 393 new nurses were investigated with Competency Inventory for Registered Nurses( CIRN) and Professional Self-Concept of Nurses Instrument( PSCNI) by convenient sampling method. Results: The total score of core competence of 393 new nurses was( 178. 87± 39. 81),and the average score of items was( 3. 08± 0. 70). The total score of professional self-concept was( 87. 23 ± 11. 15),and the average score of items was( 2. 91±0. 37). There was a positive correlation between the core competence and professional self-concept( r = 0. 491,P<0. 01).The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that gender,the degree of love for nursing career,and nursing professional self-concept were important influencing factors of the core competence of new nurses( P<0. 05). Conclusions: The core competence level of new nurses needs to be improved. Nursing managers should carry out targeted training to improve the core competence level of new nurses.
