UiO-66对盐酸环丙沙星的装载及抑菌效果
Study on the loading and bacteriostasis effect of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride by UiO-66
【摘要】 目的以金属有机框架材料UiO-66为载体对盐酸环丙沙星(ciprofloxacin hydrochloride,CIP)进行装载,考察其药物装载能力及对抑菌药物抑菌性的影响。方法分别以浸渍法和一锅法制备装载CIP的UiO-66(CIP@UiO-66),通过X射线衍射法(XRD)、红外光谱法(IR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、紫外分光光度法(UV)和扫描电镜(SEM)对CIP@UiO-66进行表征,并对其抑菌效果进行考察。结果一锅法制备的CIP@UiO-66为正八面体结构且晶型结构稳定,采用一锅法装载CIP比浸渍法载药率高,以UiO-66为载体装载CIP后可有效提高CIP的抑菌效果。结论为UiO-66作为一种良好的药物载体提供有力的依据。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the loading capacity of metal organic frameworks(MOFs)as the carrier of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride(ciprofloxacin hydrochloride,CIP)and impact on drug antimicrobial properties of UiO-66.Methods UiO-66 with CIP(CIP@UiO-66)were synthesized by impregnation method and one-pot methods,respectively.The CIP loaded samples were characterized by XRD,IR,DSC,UV and SEM.The antibacterial effect of CIP@UiO-66 was studied.Results The drug loading rate of CIP@UiO-66 prepared by one-pot method was higher than that by impregnation method.The results showed that the crystal structure of CIP@UiO-66 was super tetrahedral with a good thermal stability.The anti-bacterial effect of CIP was effectively improved after being loaded in UiO-66.Conclusion This article provides a powerful basis for UiO-66 as a good drug carrier.
