中性粒细胞介导的药物递送系统在肿瘤靶向治疗中的应用

【摘要】 目的通过综述中性粒细胞介导的药物递送系统在肿瘤靶向治疗中的应用,为纳米制剂递送的未来发展提供理论依据。方法查阅国内外相关文献91篇,对中性粒细胞与纳米制剂的结合策略、影响因素和发展前景等内容进行总结与分析。结果中性粒细胞是肿瘤生长、转移等过程的参与者之一,且因数量丰富、形态灵活,使得研究者们开始以中性粒细胞为靶点,设计中性粒细胞介导的纳米药物递送系统。目前,中性粒细胞与纳米制剂的结合策略主要有三种:中性粒细胞体外载药再回输、中性粒细胞体内载药和中性粒细胞仿生纳米粒。而影响中性粒细胞介导的纳米药物递送的因素主要包括影响中性粒细胞摄取、运输以及释放药物等多种因素。结论对中性粒细胞介导的药物递送系统应用于肿瘤治疗的策略进行理性评价与反思,将为纳米制剂递送的研究与发展提供更为完善的理论依据和实际应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To review the application of neutrophil-mediated drug delivery systems in tumor-targeted therapy,and to provide theoretical basis for the future development of nano-preparations delivery.Methods A total of 91 related literatures were reviewed at home and abroad to summarize and analyze thecombination strategy,influencing factors,and development prospects of neutrophil and nano-preparations.Results Neutrophils are one of the participants in the process of tumor growth,metastasis,etc.,and due to their abundant number and flexible morphology,researchers have begun to design neutrophil-mediated nanometers as targets.Drug delivery system.At present,there are three main strategies for the combination of neutrophils and nano-preparations:neutrophil reinfusion in vitro,neutrophil drug loading in vivo,and neutrophil biomimetic nanoparticles.The factors affecting neutrophil-mediated nano-medicine delivery mainly include various factors that affect neutrophil uptake,transport,and drug release.Conclusion The rational evaluation and reflection on the neutrophil-mediated drug delivery system for the treatment of tumors will provide a more complete theoretical basis and practical application value for the research and development of nano-preparations delivery.
