基于事故模型与过程的高校实验室安全管理
Application of Accident Model and Process in Safety Management of University Laboratories
【摘要】 实验室是高校开展各项教学与科研活动的重要场所,实验室安全更是高校日常安全管理工作的重中之重。运用系统理论事故模型与过程方法分析某高校安全工程专业实验室的安全管理现状,识别该实验室安全管理过程中存在的危险隐患,由此确定必要的安全约束,并构建了实验室安全控制模型;根据控制模型分析该实验室危险行为与控制层级之间的关系,通过施加现有安全约束辨识该实验室存在的主要安全问题与不足之处,并给出具体的改进措施。
【Abstract】 The laboratory is an important place for colleges and universities to carry out various teaching and research activities. Laboratory safety is the top priority of college safety management. The safety management status of a safety engineering laboratory in a university was analyzed by the accident model and process method of system theory,and the hidden hazards in the safety management process of the laboratory were identified. Furthermore,the necessary safety constraints were determined and a laboratory safety control was established. According to the control model,the relationship between the risk behavior and the control level of the laboratory was analyzed. Finally,the existing safety constraints were added to understand the safety problems and deficiencies of the laboratory,and specific improvement measures were put forward.
