虚拟坐标测量机设计
Design of Virtual Coordinate Measuring Machine
【摘要】 坐标测量机(CMM)在现代制造业中发挥着重要作用,加强CMM教学实践应用具有重要的现实意义。设计基于虚拟仪器思想,利用SolidWorks进行坐标测量机三维建模,通过LabVIEW编写测量控制程序,借助SoftMotion运动控制功能,搭建虚拟坐标测量机教学平台,实现虚拟三坐标测量机的运动控制和典型几何量测量功能,并自动实现测量数据的存储、运算处理及结果输出。该平台不仅有助于解决实际教学过程中坐标测量机设备不足而难以开设实验的问题,还能够有效提升教学实验效果,对新工科人才培养具有积极作用。
【Abstract】 Coordinate measuring machine( CMM) plays an important role in modern manufacturing industry. It has great realistic meaning to strengthen the CMM application in teaching practice. The teaching platform of virtual CMM is carried out according to the design method about virtual instrument in the thesis. A3 D model of CMM is built based on SolidWorks. The procedure used for measurement and control is programmed through LabVIEW. The CMM model and procedure are connected by NI SoftMotion tools. The teaching platform of virtual CMM has such functions as motion control,typical measurement,saving measurement data,automatically processing data,and outputing result. The platform not only contributes to solvethe problem,that the CMM application experiments are difficult to set up because of CMM is too expensive,but also can effectively promote teaching experiment effect. It has value for meeting the personnel training requirements of the emerging engineering education.
