面向工业4.0的三坐标测量仪教学功能开发

【摘要】 检测是工业4. 0时代不可或缺的环节。三坐标测量仪具有自动化程度高,精度高等特点,可满足工业4. 0环境下生产过程对测量多样化、智能化的要求。该文基于接触-光学复合式三坐标测量仪,从多样性测量与质量数据管理两方面探讨了适应工业4. 0人才需求的实验教学课程。实践证明,新开发的实验教学课程,有利于学生掌握多种测量方式,丰富实验课堂,扩展并巩固学生在几何测量方面的知识,可有效提高学生在工业4. 0时代对检测环节人才需求的适应能力。

【Abstract】 The inspection is an indispensable part in the Industry 4. 0 era. The coordinate measuring machine( CMM)has the characteristics of high automation and high precision,which can meet the requirements of measurement diversity and intelligence in the production process under the Industry 4. 0 environment. Based on the contact-optical composite CMM,we explored the experimental teaching courses that meet the needs of Industry 4. 0 talents from the aspects of diversity measurement and quality data management. Practice has proved that the newly developed experimental teaching courses are benefit to students for mastering a variety of measurement methods,expanding and consolidating the knowledge of geometric measurement. The courses effectively improve the ability of students to adapt to the needs of the inspection session in the Industry 4. 0 era.
