【摘要】 实验室仪器设备的验收工作是保障日后仪器正常使用的关键,作者在实验室仪器设备验收工作中发现采购人对设备性能熟悉程度不高,采购参数与供货参数有出入,设备安装的环境因素考虑不周,大型精密仪器性能标定等问题。针对这些问题,对问题产生的提升,验收专家库的建立,检测设备的配备等手段,进一步改进和完善仪器设备验收工作,保证实验仪器设备验收工作的质量,提高验收工作的效率,切实保证实验仪器设备在教学科研工作中发挥作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acceptance of laboratory instruments and equipment is important to ensure the normal use of instruments in the future. In this paper, it is found that there are several problems in the acceptance process, for examples, the acceptance personnel are not familiar with the equipment performance, the demand parameters are different from the supply parameters, the installation of the equipment are poorly considered for environmental factors, and performance calibration of large precision instruments are not precise, etc. In view of these problems, the causes of the problems are analyzed and sorted out. Through the improvement of the system, the standardization of the acceptance process, the enhancement of teachers acceptance ability, the establishment of acceptance expert database and the equipment of testing devices, the acceptance work of instruments and equipment is further improved and perfected, the quality of the acceptance work is guaranteed, and the efficiency of the acceptance work is also improved. These means can ensure that experimental instruments and equipment play a role in teaching and research work.更多还原
