考虑准备时间和加工速度的纺织纤维实验加工调度

【摘要】 针对纺织中短纤维加工实验特点,综合考虑了短纤维生产设备的准备时间与安装次序等有关特性,结合下达时间、实验完成期限等约束条件,建立了以最小化最大完成时间为目标函数的混合整数规划模型;根据问题特点改进正余弦算法。通过实验,所改进的算法相对于经典的正余弦优化算法、粒子群算法的求解效果有较好的提升,验证了模型与所设计算法的有效性。同时对实验室解决短纤维加工实验能耗节约具有实际参考价值,也可以为短纤维生产企业提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 In view of the characteristics of staple fiber production experiments, this paper comprehensively considers that the setup time of short fiber production equipment has the characteristics of installation sequence, and sets up a mixed integer programming model with the objective function of minimizing the maximum completion time under the constraints of the experiment release time and the experiment due time. The sine and cosine algorithm is improved according to the characteristics of the problem. The numerical results indicate that the improved sine cosine algorithm outperforms both particle swarm optimization and sine cosine algorithm for the problem. The validity of the model and the improved algorithm is verified. At the same time, it has practical reference value for solving energy saving of staple fiber production experiment in the laboratory, and can also provide reference for staple fiber production enterprise.
