【摘要】 人才培养、科学研究和社会服务是高校的三大职能,因此高校实验室不仅是引领自主创新和科技进步的核心力量,也是开展科普活动、提高公民科学素养的重要场所。抗震防灾科普宣传示范基地依托实验室现有条件,将场馆设施、科教仪器、教学科研成果等科技资源向社会开放和共享。抗震科普基地从"感知震害""结构抗震"和"科学防灾"三部分,将抗震防灾知识普及、宣传教育与工程抗震防灾科研紧密结合,全力提升公众科学素质、推动科普,实现高校社会服务的职能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fostering talents,scientific research and social service are the three major functions of colleges and universities. Therefore,university laboratories are not only the core force to lead independent innovation and the progress of the science and technology,but also the important places to develop popular science activities and improve scientific literacy of the public. In this paper,we take the science education base for seismic resistance as an example,and fully discuss how to explore and share the scientific and technological resources including the fields,the instruments facilities and the achievements of teaching and scientific research combined with existing laboratory conditions. The construction of science education base is divided into three parts,i. e.,"earthquake disaster perception","structural seismic resistance"and "earthquake disaster prevention ". It integrates the popularization of knowledge,propaganda and education on seismic disaster prevention with the scientific research on earthquake resistance and disaster prevention of engineering projects,so as to improve scientific literacy of the public,promote popular science and realize the social service function of the university.更多还原
