用于指导拆装类教学实验的增强现实体验开发

【摘要】 拆装类教学实验有助于学生理解机器设备的结构和原理,是机械类专业的重要实践环节。为了更加有效地指导学生完成拆装实验,开发了适用于智能移动端(如:手机)的增强现实体验。以冲压模具的拆卸过程为例,用无编程的增强现实开发工具Vuforia Studio制作了实验前预习用和实验现场指导用的增强现实体验。实验前预习用的增强现实体验通过手机扫描实验指导书上的二维码来调用,能以三维动画的形式展示模具拆卸的全过程;实验现场指导用的增强现实体验通过手机扫描实物模具上的二维码来调用,能虚实结合地展示当前拆卸步骤的三维动画,使学生迅速明白当前步骤的拆卸对象和拆卸方法。在拆装类实验中所探索的增强现实开发方法还可以应用于机电设备的操作类实验中。

【Abstract】 Disassembly-assembly class teaching experiment is helpful for students to understand the structure and principle of machine equipment,and it is an important practice link for mechanical majors. In order to guide students to complete the disassembly-assembly class teaching experiment more effectively, the augmented reality experience applicable to smart mobile devices (e. g. mobile phones) is developed. Taking the disassembly process of stamping die as an example,Vuforia Studio,an augmented reality development tool without programming,is adopted to develop two kinds of augmented reality experiences,which are respectively used for preview before experiment and for experiment field guidance. The augmented reality experience used for preview before experiment can be called by scanning the 2D code mark in the experimental guide book with the mobile phone,which can show the whole process of mold disassembly in the form of 3D animation; The augmented reality experience used for the experiment field guidance can be called by scanning the 2D code mark on the real die with the mobile phone,which can show the 3D animation of current disassembly step in a virtual-real fusion way,so that students can quickly understand the disassembly object and method of current step. The augmented reality experience development method explored in the disassembly-assembly teaching experiment can be further applied to the operation experiment of mechanical and electrical equipment.
