【摘要】 目的探讨股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复腹股沟皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 2008年1月-2018年1月,采用以旋股外侧动脉降支为血管蒂的股前外侧皮瓣修复腹股沟皮肤软组织缺损21例,其中单纯性皮肤软组织缺损9例,合并骨折、血管、神经损伤12例。结果术后皮瓣及供区植皮均Ⅰ期愈合,21例均获随访,随访时间10～36个月。皮瓣质地柔软,色泽与周围皮肤组织相似,外形满意。术后10个月,根据1954年英国医学研究会的评价标准,感觉恢复至S2～S3+,供区无瘢痕挛缩及色素沉着。结论以旋股外侧动脉降支为蒂的股前外侧皮瓣是修复腹股沟皮肤软组织缺损的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anterolateral femoral flaps on repairing skin and soft tissue defects of the inguinal region. Methods From January 2008 to January 2018, anterolateral femoral flaps pedicled with descending branch of circumflex lateral femoral artery were used to repair 21 cases of skin and soft tissue defects of inguinal region. Including 9 cases of simple skin and soft tissue defects, 12 cases of combined fracture vascular and nerve injury. Results All flaps and donor skin grafts healed in one stage after operation. All patients were followed up for 10 to 36 months. The skin flaps are soft in texture and satisfactory in color, surrounding skin tissue and appearance. Ten months after operation, according to the evaluation criteria of the British Medical Research Association in 1954, the sensation was restored to S2～S3+, and there was no scar contracture and pigmentation in the donor site. Conclusion Anterolateral femoral flap pedicled with descending branch of lateral circumflex femoral artery is an effective method for repairing skin and soft tissue defects in the inguinal region.更多还原
