【Abstract】 Acne is a common chronic inflammatory disease of hair follicle and sebaceous gland. Because of its special etiology, serious condition and difficult treatment, female perimenopausal acne has a serious physical and mental impact on women who are undergoing physiological changes. Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad and the author’s clinical experience, this paper puts forward the new understanding of integration of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine to the disease, which taking the change of biochemical indexes in western medicine as the external form, while the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine as the internal basement. Based on the idea mentioned above, this paper summarizes the traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment with good clinical effect and less adverse reactions in recent years, and introduces the innovative system of external minimally invasive needle clearing therapy and skin repair.更多还原
