【摘要】 目的观察医疗失效模式与效应分析模式在优化骨科成批伤急诊急救流程中的应用效果。方法采用回顾性研究选取2017年8月至2019年8月上海市第八人民医院收治的骨科成批伤患者90例,根据患者不同干预方法分为对照组和研究组,每组各45例。对照组患者采用常规急诊急救流程,研究组患者采用医疗失效模式与效应分析模式的急诊急救流程。统计分析两组患者的不良事件发生情况、满意度、投诉情况。结果在不良事件发生率方面,研究组为28. 9%(13/45),对照组为55. 6%(25/45),前者显著低于后者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。在满意度方面,研究组为88. 9%(40/45),对照组为62. 2%(28/45),前者显著高于后者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);在投诉率方面,研究组为2. 2%(1/45),对照组为8. 9%(4/45),前者显著低于后者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论医疗失效模式与效应分析模式在优化骨科成批伤急诊急救流程中的应用效果较常规急诊急救流程效果显著提高,更能有效降低患者的不良事件发生率、投诉率,提升患者满意度,值得在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application effect of medical failure mode and effect analysis mode in optimizing the emergency treatment process of orthopaedic mass injury. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with orthopaedic mass injury in Shanghai Eighth People’s Hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were retrospectively selected. According to intervention methods,the patients were divided into two groups,including the routine emergency treatment process group( control group,n = 45) and Heahh Failure Mode and Effects Analysis mode( study group,n =45). The occurrences of adverse events,satisfactions and complaints of patients in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results In terms of incidences of adverse events,patients in the study group was 28. 9%( 13/45),patients in the control group was 55. 6%( 25/45),the former was significantly lower than the latter,the difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05).
