半导体810 nm激光脱毛的能量与疗效分析

【摘要】 目的观察810 nm半导体激光脱毛的能量特点及临床疗效,研究针对我国人群特点,调整仪器建议的参考范围,寻求最佳的安全治疗能量,以提高脱毛的有效性和安全性。方法应用810 nm半导体激光,对2014年3月至2017年7月北京大学第三医院成形外科激光门诊547例脱毛患者的793处脱毛部位,进行回顾性研究,分析不同治疗部位累计2 484次脱毛次数的能量特点及相关疗效。结果应用810 nm半导体激光进行脱毛治疗,不同治疗部位脱毛的总有效率和平均治疗能量不同,临床实际使用的能量密度及其与参考值偏离程度与脱毛部位和性别都相关。结论810 nm半导体激光脱毛疗效确切,不同脱毛部位能量密度不同,需要根据情况调整治疗参数。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the energy characteristics and clinical efficacy of hair removal by 810 nm diode laser,and to adjust the reference energy range of the instrument according to the characteristics of Chinese population,so as to find the best energy for different body parts and improve the effectiveness and safety of hair removal. Methods This retrospective study was performed using 810 nm diode laser to treat 793 sites of 547 patients in the Department of Plastic Surgery Laser Clinic,Peking University Third Hospital from March 2014 to July 2017,and the energy characteristics and clinical efficacy of a total of 2484 treatments at different sites were analyzed. Results The clinical efficacy and average energy at different treatment sites were different. The actual energy density and the deviation from the reference value were related to the hair removal site and gender. Conclusion The approach of hair removal by 810 nm diode laser is effective. The energy density of different sites is different and it is necessary to adjust the treatment parameters according to the situation.
