【摘要】 目的探讨社会支持对脑卒中偏瘫病人的病耻感与负性情绪之间的中介作用,为促进脑卒中偏瘫病人的身心健康提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、脑卒中病人病耻感量表(SSS),激惹、抑郁和焦虑自评量表(IDA),社会支持量表(SSRS)对武汉市某两所三甲医院神经内科住院的160例脑卒中偏瘫病人进行问卷调查。分析脑卒中偏瘫病人的社会支持在病耻感与负性情绪之间的中介效应。结果病人SSS得分为(59. 04±3. 99)分,IDA得分为(27. 66±6. 12)分,SSRS得分为(36. 34±5. 76)分。社会支持与病耻感及负性情绪均呈负相关(r=-0. 579、-0. 624,P<0. 001),病耻感与负性情绪呈正相关(r=0. 499,P<0. 001)。模型拟合结果显示,社会支持在脑卒中偏瘫病人的病耻感与负性情绪之间起中介作用(β=0. 355,P<0. 001)。结论脑卒中偏瘫病人病耻感对负性情绪有直接预测作用,但受到社会支持的中介效应调节,今后可加强对脑卒中偏瘫病人的社会支持,以降低其病耻感,促进其心理健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mediating role of social support between stigma and negative emotion in the patients with stroke-induced hemiplegia,and to provide reference for promoting physical and mental health. Methods The general data questionnaire,Stigma Scale for Stroke( SSS),irritability,depression and anxiety self-rating scale( IDA),social support scale( SSRS) were used to investigate 160 stroke patients with hemiplegia in the Department of Neurology of two top three hospitals in Wuhan. The mediating effect of social support on stigma and negative emotion was analyzed. Results Among the 160 patients with stroke-induced hemiplegia,the scores of SSS,IDA and SSRS were 59. 04 ± 3. 99,27. 66 ±6. 12 and 36. 34± 5. 76,respectively. Social support was negatively correlated with stigma and negative emotion( r =-0. 579,-0. 624,P < 0. 001),and stigma was positively correlated with negative emotion( r=0. 499,P<0. 001). The model fitting results showed that social support had mediating effect on stigma and negative emotion in the patients with stroke-induced hemiplegia( β = 0. 355,P < 0. 001).Conclusions The stigma of the patients with stroke-induced hemiplegia has a direct predictive effect on negative emotion,but it is regulated by the mediation effect of social support. In the future,social supportshould be strengthened to reduce the stigma and promote their mental health.更多还原
