【摘要】 观察1例侵袭性牙周炎患者1年的临床牙周指数变化及治疗经过,着重分析基础治疗前后牙槽骨变化的CBCT影像特点。基础治疗后部分牙位牙周状况改善,炎症控制,但是部分牙位(如46)牙周病变状况日趋严重,反复牙周脓肿,牙周袋深度增加,CBCT提示其牙槽骨高度逐渐降低,分析原因主要是患者吸烟、菌斑控制不佳等。更多还原

【Abstract】 This case report presents a patient with aggressive periodontitis(AgP) in 1-year-follow-up. CBCT images were analyzed for the monitor of the alveolar bone after non-surgical treatment. The images showed that the distal points of the right mandibular first molar went worse after therapy, the probing depth went deeper the height of alveolar bone decreased gradually with time going by and periodontal abscess developed. Cigarettes and poor oral health may be the related factors.更多还原
