【摘要】 目的:探讨肥大细胞(mast cell,MC)在口腔黏膜良性淋巴组织增生病(benign lymphoadenosis of oral mucosa,BLOM)中的表达及与临床病理关系。方法:甲苯胺蓝组织化学和免疫组化染色观察30例BLOM和15例正常黏膜MC数量、脱颗粒率,分析其与临床病理关系。结果:2种染色MC总数及甲苯胺蓝染色MC脱颗粒率较正常黏膜增高(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、部位、病程及炎症轻重程度和黏膜固有层淋巴滤泡的形成无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:MC总数和脱颗粒率在BLOM明显增高,提示MC增殖和脱颗粒在BLOM发生发展中发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between mast cell(MC) and clinicopathology in benign lymphoid tissue hyperplasia of oral mucosa(BLOM). Methods: The distribution, quantity and degranulation rate of MC in 30 cases of BLOM and 15 cases of normal mucosa were observed by toluidine blue histochemical staining and tryptase-like antibody immunohistochemical staining. The correlation between MC and clinical pathology was analyzed. Results: The total number of MC and degranulation rate of MC in BLOM were higher than those in normal mucosa(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation of MC expression with age, sex, lesion location, course of disease, severity of inflammation and formation of lymphoid follicles in lamina propria of the pationts(P>0.05). Conclusion: MC proliferation and degranulation play an important role in the occurrence and development of BLOM.更多还原
