【摘要】 新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)主要通过呼吸道飞沫和接触传播,并有气溶胶传播的可能,具有极强的传染性。而口腔颌面部间隙感染属于口腔颌面外科诊疗的急症范围,治疗过程中不可避免地需接触患者的口腔、上呼吸道及其他分泌物,极易造成感染,为新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期对该疾病的诊治带来了巨大挑战。现通过自2020年1月22日石家庄确诊第一例患者至2020年2月22日期间,我院接诊的19例口腔颌面部间隙感染病例,结合国家卫生健康委员会颁发的相关规范标准,浅谈新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期口腔颌面部间隙感染的特点及治疗体会。更多还原

【Abstract】 COVID-19 transmits through respiratory droplets, secretion and contact, demonstrating extremely infectious potential. Oral and maxillofacial surgeons are inevitable that infection may easily occur when they treat the patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection. Epidemic may bring a great challenge to oral and maxillofacial surgeons. 19 patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection were treated from January 22 th, 2020 to Februrary 22 th, 2020 in Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University in Shijiazhuang. Features and treatment of oral and maxillofacial space infection during the epidemic period of COVID-19 were discussed based on the normative standards issued by the National Health Commission of China.更多还原
