栽培梯棱羊肚菌对上海设施蔬菜大棚土壤理化性质和酶活力的影响
Effects of Morchella importuna Cultivation in Greenhouse in Shanghai on Soil Nutrients and Enzyme Activities
【摘要】 为了探讨设施蔬菜大棚中羊肚菌(Morchella)-蔬菜轮作的可行性,测定在羊肚菌生长过程中的菌丝生长期(M-1)、子实体生长期(M-2)和采收结束期(M-3)表层和浅层土壤pH、养分含量和酶活力。结果表明:与对照组相比,实验组不同时期表层土壤的pH均上升,浅层土壤中pH在M-1和M-2时期无显著变化,在M-3时期pH显著低于对照组;与对照组相比,实验组不同时期均提高了土壤表层和浅层的有机质含量,在M-1时期表层和浅层土壤分别增加了25.30%和51.33%;栽培羊肚菌对土壤速效氮和全磷含量影响较大,其中除浅层土壤的M-3时期外,实验组速效氮含量都显著高于对照组,全磷含量在不同时期都显著高于对照组;在羊肚菌生长的过程中,不同时期土壤蔗糖酶和脲酶活力都显著高于对照组,而过氧化氢酶和多酚氧化酶活力在M-1时期都显著高于对照组。
【Abstract】 Effects of Morchella importuna cultivation on soil properties in the greenhouse were investigated in Shanghai. Topsoil and shallow soil were measured for pH value, nutrient contents, and enzyme activity during the mycelial growth stage(M-1), the fruiting stage(M-2) and the harvesting stage(M-3) of Morchella cultivation. The results showed that topsoil pH was increased in the experimental group compared with the control at all 3 growth stages. On the other hand, shallow soil pH in the experimental group remain the same as the control during M-1 and M-2, but was lower than the control at M-3. At M-1 stage,organic matters in topsoil and shallow soil in the experimental group were increased by 30.15% and 51.33%, respectively. Compared with the control, the experimental group had higher contents of available nitrogen in both topsoil and shallow soil throughout the entire cultivation period except shallow soil at M-3. Total phosphorus content in both topsoil and shallow soil were higher in the experimental group than the control. Soil sucrase and urease activities were elevated in the experimental group than the control at all 3 stages of cultivation. Catalase and polyphenol oxidase activities were increased in the experimental group than the control at M-1.
