上海某社区一起输入性登革热疫情处置与体会
Management and experience of an imported dengue fever epidemic in a community in Shanghai
【摘要】 目的 :分析社区一起输入性登革热疫情处置过程,为今后更好的做好登革热疫点伊蚊控制工作提供依据。方法 :对2019年上海市闵行区莘庄镇发生的一起输入性登革热疫情开展包括成蚊控制、幼蚊控制、蚊虫密度监测和入户宣教等处置措施进行总结,并分析疫情处置效果。结果 :经过连续3 d灭蚊后,蚊虫密度迅速下降,12 d后核心区叮咬指数降至控制阈值;孳生地处理9 d后布雷图指数达到控制阈值;疫情发生后25 d疫区内未发现新发登革热病例。根据《上海市登革热防控工作方案》终止疫点应急响应。结论 :根据常规成蚊监测结果,做好日常蚊虫密度控制,并在疫情发生后做到规范、有序、有效的成蚊及蚊幼虫消杀,同时配合健康促进,能有效控制登革热疫情。
【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the treatment process of an imported dengue fever epidemic in the community in order to provide basis for better control of Aedes in dengue fever foci in the future. Methods: A case of imported dengue fever was summarized, including the adult mosquito control, young mosquito control, mosquito density monitoring and household education in Xinzhuang Community, Minhang District, Shanghai in 2019, and the effect of epidemic management was analyzed. Results: After 3 consecutive days of killing mosquitoes, the density of mosquitoes dropped rapidly. After 12 days, the biting index of the core area decreased to the control threshold; after 9 days treatment, the Breteau index reached the control threshold; no new cases of dengue fever occurred in the affected area 25 days after the outbreak. According to the "Shanghai dengue fever prevention and control work plan", the emergency response of epidemic areas was terminated. Conclusion: According to the results of routine adult mosquito monitoring, the daily mosquito density control should be carried out, and the standardized, orderly and effective adult mosquitoes and mosquito larvae should be eliminated after the outbreak, and at the same time, with health promotion, the dengue fever epidemic can be controlled.
