【摘要】 目的 :评估达营片对利培酮所致代谢综合征的疗效。方法 :采用随机双盲对照研究,将住院精神分裂症患者分成研究组56例和对照组61例,两组均使用利培酮治疗,研究组加用达营片,对照组加用安慰剂,治疗12周,比较基线、治疗4、8、12周后空腹血糖、甘油三酯、胆固醇、体质量的变化及两组间的差异。结果 :治疗12周后,患者的空腹血糖、体质量无明显变化。甘油三酯及胆固醇水平显著上升,研究组的甘油三酯水平在治疗12周后低于对照组,有统计学显著性趋势(P=0.06)。结论 :长期使用利培酮会引起血脂水平升高,联合达营片治疗可以降低甘油三脂水平,改善脂代谢异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Daying tablets on metabolic syndrome induced by risperidone. Methods: The hospitalized patients with schizophrenia were randomized divided into a research group with 56 cases and a control group with 61 cases. Both groups were treated with risperidone and besides, the research group was treated with Daying tablets and the control group with placebos for 12 weeks. The levels of fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol and body weight were compared between the two groups at the baseline, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after treatment. Results: There were no significant changes in fasting blood glucose and body weight, however triglyceride and cholesterol levels were significantly increased after 12 weeks of treatment. The triglyceride level was lower in the research group than the control group(P=0.06). Conclusion: Long-term use of risperidone can lead to the increase of blood lipid level, and Daying tablets combined with risperidone can reduce triglyceride level and improve abnormal lipid metabolism.更多还原
