【摘要】 目的:探讨互联网远程医疗在2型糖尿病健康管理中的应用价值。方法:选取100例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为传统管理组和云医院管理组各50例。传统管理组采用传统管理模式,云医院管理组纳入云医院健康管理平台进行远程医疗管理。在3个月和6个月时比较血糖、BMI,问卷调查患者自我效能情况和患者教育的掌握情况。结果:云医院管理组3个月后的糖化血红蛋白和血糖值明显下降,自我效能量评分及问卷得分均有显著提高,6个月后观察指标均进一步显著改善;且所有观察指标均显著优于传统管理组;HbA1c达标率显著高于传统管理组(P <0.05)。结论:互联网远程医疗与传统管理相比,明显提高2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制效果和健康管理水平,增强患者的自我效能,并具有高效、简捷、经济的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application value of internet telemedicine in the health management of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods: One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into a traditional management group and a cloud hospital management group with 50 cases each.The patients in the traditional management group were managed by the traditional mode while the patients in the cloud hospital management group by our network hospital health management platform.The blood glucose level, BMI, the diabetes self-efficacy rating scale(DSES) and the diabetes knowledge questionnaire score in the two groups were investigated and compared at 3 and 6 months after intervention.Results: The HbA1c and blood glucose levels were significantly declined and the DSES score and the diabetes knowledge questionnaire score in network hospital management group were significantly higher at 3 month after intervention than before, and those indicators were significantly improved at 6 month after intervention and were significantly better than those in the traditional management group(P<0.05).The proportion of HbA1c reaching the standard value is significantly higher in cloud hospital management group than the traditional management group(36% vs 56%, P<0.05).Conclusion: The internet telemedicine intervention can significantly improve the blood glucose control effect and health management level of patients with type 2 diabetes and enhance their selfefficacy, and has the advantages of high efficiency, simplicity and economy.更多还原
