【摘要】 视神经炎是神经眼科的常见疾病之一,其可能与中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病有关,主要临床表现为视功能损害以及相关的一系列神经病变。脱髓鞘性视神经炎包括特发性脱髓鞘性视神经炎即多发性硬化相关性视神经炎(multiple sclerosis-related optic neuritis, MS-ON)、视神经脊髓炎相关性视神经炎(neuromyelitis optica-related optic neuritis, NMOON)和其他中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病相关性视神经炎3型。本文就MS-ON和NMO-ON急性期和缓解期的治疗作一概要介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Optic neuritis is one of the common afferent diseases in neurophthalmology and may be related to the demyelination of central nervous system.It is mainly manifested as the impairment of visual function and a series of related neuropathy including idiopathic demyelinating optic neuritis, and also known as multiple sclerosis-related optic neuritis(MSON), neuromyelitis optica-related optic neuritis(NMO-ON) and other central nervous system demyelinating diseases-related optic neuritis.This article overviews the treatment of MS-ON and NMO-ON in acute and remission stage.更多还原
