金属助剂对ZSM-5分子筛催化甲醇芳构化反应性能的影响
Effects of metal promoter on catalytic performance of ZSM-5 zeolite in methanol aromatization reaction
【摘要】 将不同SiO2/Al2O3摩尔比及不同金属助剂改性的ZSM-5分子筛用于甲醇芳构化反应,采用XRD,XPS,TG-DSC,NH3-TPD等方法对催化剂进行了表征,研究了SiO2/Al2O3摩尔比及金属助剂对ZSM-5分子筛催化性能的影响。实验结果表明,在2.0 MPa、400℃、甲醇液态空速1 h-1的条件下,采用SiO2/Al2O3摩尔比为50、Mo负载量为3%(w)的Mo/ZSM-5催化剂,在50 h内甲醇转化率能维持在95%左右,苯、甲苯和二甲苯选择性为62.6%,催化剂稳定性好。表征结果显示,该催化剂具有较好的性能与表面有适量的酸性位以及反应过程中生成的Mo2C物种相关。
【Abstract】 ZSM-5 zeolites with different mole ratios of SiO2/Al2O3 and different metal promoters were used in methanol to aromatics(MTA) reaction. The catalysts were characterized by XRD,XPS,TG-DSC,NH3-TPD,and the effects of SiO2/Al2O3 mole ratio and metal promoter on the performance of ZSM-5 in MTA were investigated. The results showed that the methanol conversion was maintained about 95% within 50 h using Mo/ZSM-5 catalyst with mole ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 of 50 and Mo loading of 3%(w) at 2.0 MPa,400 ℃ and methanol LHSV of 1 h-1,the selectivity of benzene,toluene and xylene was 62.6%,and the stability of the catalyst was good. The results indicated that the better performance of the catalyst was related to the presence of appropriate acidic sites on the surface and the species of Mo2 C formed during reaction.
